The area belongs to the Nature Protection Authority as it is a habitat for dolphins.

Villa Neptune:

A 230 sq.m. villa – up to 12 guests, total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Located 1 km from the other villas, on a hill with magnificent southern and western views.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room suitable for 14 people, a dining room for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, etc.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite to a bedroom with jacuzzi, and a kitchenette with a dining area for four people.
TV, DVD, CD player, home cinema, fireplace, A/C, private swimming pool, private terraces, sun loungers for 18 people,
