We hereby undertake to pay brokerage fee for the services provided by "GRE Real Estate Ltd." (GRE), a company legally registered under the laws of the State of Israel, Tax. No. 514680941, 40 Hadar St. Caesarea, Israel and/or its behalf (collectively, "GRE") and their representative mentioned above.
Regarding selling the property in Greece and according to this address:
+ VAT on the final Commercial price which the property sold will be paid by me to GRE.
The commission will be paid in full to the Company upon signing an agreement and/or a" contract"/ "pre-contract" (the first of them).
We, the signed below pledge that the price of the property is not advertised anywhere else (Internet, other brokers, etc.) in a lower price that I have gave to GRE.
