Ziv & Tonic is a luxurious new villa built in 2016 and one of the most beautiful and well-appointed villas on the island of Lefkada.
Located in an excellent position in the beautiful Amouso Bay, this new and fully furnished villa offers exceptional comfort.
The villa features a spacious living room with high ceilings and a dining table seating 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in the house: two double beds in two of the bedrooms, and in the third bedroom there are two separate single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.
In addition, the living room has a sofa that opens into a queen-size bed. If you are traveling with a baby, we will provide a cot at no extra charge (please notify us in advance).
In total, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The villa has a private pool, a beautiful and spacious garden, and direct access to the sea approximately 50 steps away—a “private beach.”
The villa offers perfect accommodation for guests seeking a peaceful vacation in the natural surroundings of Lefkada island.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all areas, screens on doors and windows, wireless internet, a hairdryer, and more.
Outside by the pool, there is a pergola with comfortable seating, as well as additional sun loungers. In addition, there is a barbecue allowing you to prepare a wonderful dinner.
For guests’ convenience, the kitchen is stocked with sugar, coffee, tea, bottled water, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a few other surprises.
The host team, Ziv and Tony, live nearby and will be happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
We will also be pleased to provide you with recommendations for restaurants, bars, beaches, places to visit, etc.
The villa is located approximately 10 minutes’ drive from Vasiliki Bay and approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Sivota Bay, approximately 10 minutes from Nidri Bay, and 35 minutes’ drive from Lefkas town. The large Amouso beach is approximately a 5-minute walk from the villa, where you will find a stunning and pleasant beach offering tavernas and a bar.
Bicycle, scooter, ATV, and vehicle rentals from various companies can be found in the area.

Villa cleaning is once a week and is included in the price.
If you are interested, we offer our guests breakfast, lunch, or dinner according to your preference.
In addition, laundry services are also available. (All these services involve an additional charge.)
The villa is not suitable for parties, and smoking is permitted in the garden area only.

Booking the villa is for a minimum of 7 nights.
