When I first became interested in buying a house in Greece, it was more of a wish than a plan to execute.
With Ohad’s guidance, starting from our first conversation and through the countless conversations that followed, my personal dream became a mission we set out on. I received answers to all my questions and professional guidance both in choosing a home and in the bureaucratic process.
After the decision was made, Ohad joined me on a property inspection trip to the amazing island of Corfu, and his enthusiasm for the many options we examined was an important addition to the professional advice, and it actually reflects the essence of the relationship with GRE – not just another cold and calculated consulting firm, but friends who accompany us on the path to realizing our dream.
Thus, with personalization, I found the house I was looking for and went through the entire process until the ceremonial signing of the contract, with the support of professionals as I learned to navigate a foreign country and feel at home there.
